Bouet is a French fiber artist whose engaging use of media sparks the imagination and things unknown. She combines material, colors, texture, and sparkle to create wearable and fine art pieces.
Bouet gave great insight into her work and process:
My artistic work is defined as an internal journey. A window towards my soul allowing to touch my personality. In an instant guided by my intuition I let decorate an inspired theme. My work results from a need for aesthetic balance between the kinds male/feminine and the organic. Between paradoxical desire for wealth of material and a need for minimalism. It is the form of life which takes shape by unifying. A free expression in perpetual evolution. Among this exploration of new consistencies, the texture becomes the Ariadne's thread to enter symbiosis.
